NOTE: All-Division picks were selected by the position of the wrestlers in the overall final rankings. So while there were some instances of the All-Division pick having a head to head loss to the wrestler behind him (ex. Mason lost to Napolitano in A-South, Thompson lost to Bandelt in B-South, Kajaia lost to Palumbo twice in B-North, etc.) the entire body of work throughout the entire season was the deciding factor.
