With a lot of experience returning, and a nice cast of newcomers joining the fray, there are good numbers in the room that look to give the Dragons some great balance and depth to this year's lineup.

Brick has the potential to be a very tough team up top. They have their returning starters back at 215 & Hwt in seniors Aidan Leonard, a 27-match winner in 2025, who placed 3rd at Districts and 6th at Regions, and 17-bout winner Connor Rooney. Also returning are seniors David Marzetti, who was 4th at Districts, and Robert Scott who won 16 bouts last season. They're joined by juniors Finnegan Leonard, who advanced to Regions last season, and Liam Shave, who was 9-4 while seeing time behind last years starters. Those six give head coach Joe Lindenbaum a nice veteran core to break in some young talent into the uppwerweights, including freshmen Jack George, a county champ at the intermediate level in 2025, and Vincent Mogavero, who was a division champ last season.

There are a lot of youngsters looking to crack into the lower part of the lineup in the lower part of the lineup , including another division champ at the intermediate level last season in Billy Turbett. Several starters are back down low to provide some veteran leadership to that group, including junior Lucas D'Elia, who won 24 matches last season, and was a District medalist in 2024, while senior Chase D'Elia, who had 16 wins last season, figures to anchor the middle of the lineup.

The Dragons have very good numbers this year, which is creating a lot of great competition in the room for the opportunity to get into the lineup. It also gives Brick a little more depth than they have had in recent seasons which will give them some lineup flexibility they may not have had in the past. They figure to be right in the thick of things for a chance to capture their first division title in over a decade.
