| Brick Memorial's Shore Conference record of 43 seasons with a champion dates back to the 2nd season of the program, 1982. The Stangs' 213 champions is behind only now-defunct Jackson Memorial's 220 for most in the Shore Conference. Memorial's 34 team titles is the most in the Shore Conference. Michael Napolitano (113) will be looking to become Memorial's 9th 4-time Champ. He enters the tournament with 97 career wins and would hit 100 with a win in the finals. Napolitano and Paul DiMatteo (120) each earned top seeds, 2 of the Stangs' 7 wrestlers to receive top 3 seeds, behind only Ocean's 11 and Monroe's 8. |

Ocean's 18 Team Titles is 4th all-time in the Shore, and the most for a Monmouth County program. The Spartans' 122 champs is 11th most in the Shore, and 7th most in Monmouth County. Head coach Cippy Apicelli has coached 36 champions; including Ocean's only 4-timer: Jake Benner. The Spartans lead the field with 6 #1 seeds, and 11 wrestlers seeded in the top 3. Nick Allen (#1 at 175) is Ocean's only defending champion, although Steven Perez (#1 at 132) and Dom Volek (#1 at 138) both won titles in 2024. Both Volek and Perez reached 100 career wins earlier this season, and advanced to Atlantic City last season. It was the 2nd trip for Volek. Justin Penta (#1 at 126) did not participate in last year's tournament. He was a runner-up and 5th-place finisher at Regions in 2024. Jake Volek (#1 at 150) and Justin Farina (#1 at 157) both finished 3rd at last year's Districts. |

| This has the potential to be one of the better team races all around, as you have several contenders. On paper, Ocean, with their 6 top-seeds and 11 wrestlers seeded in the top 3 would appear to be a clear favorite, but there isn't a whole lot of separation in these weights as you see with most Districts that are very top heavy. We could see a lot of "seed" upsets here as Brick Memorial is a Group 4 finalist, and Northern Burlington is a Sectional finalist, and Monroe has a very talented roster with some scorers in it. We could see some 6's take out 3's in the quarters, and some 4's take down 1's in the semis. Could be a wild race here. | ||||||||||
