The Griffins have two #1 seeds in seniors Kurt Wehner and Sam Rock. Wehner, a 2-time State Medal Winner, won the Shore Conference Tournament and Mustang Classic this season. He will be looking to become the first 3-time District Champion in Donovan Catholic history. Rock, a runner-up in D25 and a State Qualifier last season, will be looking to become the 2nd heavyweight to win a District Title in program history.

Senior Sawyer Ostroff, who has been out of the lineup since January 16th is back for the postseason. The 2-time State Qualifier is trying for his first District Championship. He's seeded #2 at 126, across the bracket from #1 Christopher Cropanese of Hightstown in one of those yearly, "wait... how did that happen?" seeding moments.

No team in the Shore Conference has won more individual District Titles than the Jags, and only Brick Memorial has won more team titles. 

Three of the Jags' four top seeds have previously won District Titles. Jay Seda won in 2022, while Joseph Weikel and Cael Huxford both won last season. 2nd-seeded Jonathan Espinosa has won in both 2022 and 2023, and was also a State Qualifier in 2022. If Espinosa can get back into the finals for the 3rd time, he'd most likely face #1 seed Galiano Zeppadoro of Northern Burlington, who is also a 2-time District Champ and a previous State Qualifier.
